Shipping policy

At JustTryPet, we currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees

We offer free U.S. shipping on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping fees, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we may not be responsible for reshipping fees or replacement costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will help review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when possible.

For delivery issues, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
