Thank you for shopping with JustTryPet. Because we sell pet food, treats, supplements, and other consumable pet products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Food, Treats & Consumable Products – Final Sale

All pet food, treats, supplements, powders, toppers, and other consumable products are final sale once the order has been shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for consumable pet products after they leave our warehouse.

We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Your pet does not like the flavor

Ordering the wrong item by mistake

Personal preference or expectation

Opened or used products

Sale or promotional items

Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, expired, or with a serious product issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or issue

Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

We will review the tracking information and assist you where possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Because consumable pet products are final sale once shipped, returns are generally not accepted.

If we specifically approve a return for a non-consumable item or special case, we will provide return instructions by email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
